Each contract is individually negotiated. Clients are able to choose the services they need without being charged for work that isn’t necessary.

Service contracts are available on a month-to-month or annual basis.

Services are provided based on agreed-upon scheduling. Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or whatever timetable suits a client’s needs are available.

Service contracts are charged by the job, taking into consideration the work involved, not the square footage of the business space.

Work schedules are individually customized according to customer needs.

All cleaning products and tools are provided by Immaculate Cleaning Service and are included in the price. Replacement products, like paper towels, toilet paper, trash can liners, sanitary products, soaps, are the responsibility of the client.
